艾菲爾鐵塔夜景照的版權問題 Copyright issue of image of the Eiffel Tower at night

我從來都沒留意建築物或閃爍特效的版權問題，直至我將一張艾菲爾鐵塔(Eiffel Tower)的夜景照分享到攝影學會的面書群組，有人提醒我可能侵犯了版權，法國政府會告我云云(驚！)。在沒了解事情之前，只好將照片刪除了，然後上網搜查資料求證。

在艾菲爾鐵塔的官網不斷查看，差點要發電郵去詢問，最後被我找到了這一則資訊：除非是專業使用，否則私人用途是不需得到事前批准的。

所以不是專業拍攝不作商業用途就沒有侵犯版權囉~ :)
